Explore The Making of the Eventix Promotional Video
Eventix is a global company that helps event organizers sell tickets online. Easily create your ticket shop, manage sales, and track customer data. The brand's vision is to innovate traditional ticketing solutions with groundbreaking solutions. To expand market reach and effectively communicate Eventix's value proposition, they contacted me to create an exceptionally engaging and visually appealing awareness video that highlights the challenges event organizers face and how Eventix's cloud-based platform simplifies & innovates ticket sales and management. That crafted my vision for the project and led me to put the bar high. Upon receiving the brief, voice-over script, and design frames, a clear disconnect emerged between the voice-over script and the design frames. It became evident that a superficial conceptual phase had produced a linear, visually simplistic approach that failed to capture the dynamic and innovative spirit of Eventix. Recognizing the need for a more impactful creative direction, I presented my concerns to the client, who concurred that the existing materials did not align with the brand's vision. To rectify this, I embarked on a collaborative process to redefine the video's aesthetic and narrative. By incorporating dynamic visuals, 3D elements, and a more engaging storytelling approach, I aimed to transform the existing storyboard into a visually stunning and emotionally resonant piece. To meticulously plan these enhancements and created an animatic.

The journey to bring Eventix's vision to life was undoubtedly challenging, requiring a deep dive into creative direction. However, the process was immensely rewarding.
